With a solid background in corporate sales within the banking sector, Raissa excels in negotiating financial landscapes and building meaningful client relationships. However, her passion for creating a positive impact on society led her to embark on a transformative path.

Joining the Office for Social Concern and Involvement at the Ateneo de Manila University, one of the top universities in the Philippines, she focused on working with marginalized sectors, particularly dedicating herself to informing and educating youth about various societal problems. Raissa’s work involved delving into the deeper root causes of issues rather than merely addressing them at face value. This commitment to understanding the complex layers of societal challenges showcased her dedication to creating sustainable change.

A culinary enthusiast, she spends her free time experimenting with cooking and baking. Raissa also enjoys a diverse range of movies, series, and anime. In her continuous quest for personal growth, she has taken up Japanese lessons, demonstrating her curiosity and openness to new cultures and languages.
